PINTEC Acquires InfraRisk as a part of International Expansion

Financial technology has changed the way financial institutions run their business operations and processes.  Such a leading independent financial technology platform, Pintec Technology Holdings Ltd. has announced its acquisition of InfraRisk Pty Ltd., a supplier of credit risk related software and services in Australia.

The company represents this acquisition as a new milestone in its international expansion. PINTEC will enhance its capability to serve financial institutions—with InfraRisk as a wholly-owned unit—through its  "SaaS Plus" model, and explore new market opportunities.

Nicholas Davies will continue his services as founder and CEO of InfraRisk after the acquisition and PINTEC will continue to maintain the current management. Incorporated in November 2008 InfraRisk has been providing long-term services, primarily commercial and retail origination systems, to multiple banks and financial.
