While onboarding new clients, the team at Alty first develops an understanding of their requirements and objectives. This involves asking questions such as ‘who they are revamping their app for,’ ‘what kind of tasks do their users employ their app for,’ and ‘what are their business goals?’ After the discovery phase where they obtain the answers to these and several other questions, the company matches the clients’ objectives with the creative representation of different features within the app to ensure a user-friendly experience to their customers.
After the discovery phase, a prototype is created to show the user flow and how the features will be built. The research phase takes from a month to three months to complete, depending on the domain complexity, and thereafter, the development process commences.
Privat24 for business is one of these projects and the most prominent Ukrainian online bank for entrepreneurs and companies. On top of that, Privat24 was offering more than 50 products out of which only three were utilized, it was imperative for them to create an interface that hides additional products to reduce the complexity. To resolve this issue, Alty came on board with an idea of creating a marketplace with different functions where any customer could easily add any specific to their activity function to the main stack.
Alty also created a seamless user experience for mobile application for Monobank that allows people to open a bank account and make the best use of all the banking services without a single visit to the bank.
Having worked with a multitude of reputed banks in Ukraine and other countries, Alty has become a top service company in the banking and fintech landscape. Going forward, the company aims to expand to other markets for new challenges and interesting projects. “Further, as part of our expansion plan, we are going to expand our footprint to the United States this year as it is an interesting and challenging market for us to explore,” concludes Goriev.
