NEW ORLEANS, LA: In order to give customers, an all-time access to financial transactions and self-guided tools, IBERIABANK, a financial holding company, has partnered with Zenmonics- a provider of technology services and products to banking and financial technology market.
With this collaboration, IBERIABANK is integrating Zenmonics’ channelUNITED solution, an Omni-Channel platform, a pluggable architecture that allows constant user experience across desktop, tablet, phone and kiosk channels. It also enables the financial company to bring sales and servicing mobility to branch associates and offers cross-channel account openings and scheduled appointments.
Major features of the new integration includes enhanced sales and servicing both inside and outside the branch by introducing mobileBANKER tablet application; and it enables IBERIABANK to implement its strategy of offering client-centric solutions in a cost-effcetive manner.
